3. Bookings, Calls & Services
When you book a call through my booking system:
- You must provide accurate information
- You agree to show up at the time selected
- You agree not to misuse the booking system
The free Tech Check-In Call is designed to understand your issue and suggest next steps.
It is not a full paid service, hands-on fix, or long session.
If you choose to continue after the call:
- A clear quote will be provided
- Work begins only after written confirmation
- Payment terms will be explained in advance
I reserve the right to refuse work if the job is outside my scope or expertise.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You can reschedule a call using the link provided in your confirmation email.
If you need to cancel:
- Free calls: You may cancel or reschedule at any time.
- Paid sessions: Cancellation terms are explained before booking and may vary depending on the service.
If you repeatedly miss or misuse free bookings, I may cancel future appointments.
5. Payments
If you purchase a paid service:
- Payment is due as stated in the quote
- Work begins only once payment terms are agreed
- Digital or delivered work may be non-refundable
- Any additional costs (such as hosting, tools, or third-party services) will be clearly discussed before proceeding
You are responsible for:
- Your own equipment
- Internet connection
- Any third-party subscriptions needed for your setup
6. Refunds
Refunds for paid work are offered only when:
- No meaningful work has begun, or
- There is a clear error on my part, and we both agree a refund is the correct outcome
Refunds are not offered when:
- You change your mind after work has started
- You fail to provide required information
- Delays occur because of your availability
- You decide you no longer want or need the service after delivery

7. Client Responsibilities
To provide the best support, you agree to:
- Share accurate information about your issue
- Provide necessary access (safely and securely) where appropriate
- Communicate respectfully and in good faith
- Back up any important data before work begins
I am not responsible for:
- Data loss
- Issues caused by outdated, failing, or incompatible equipment
- Problems resulting from third-party providers (email hosts, website hosts, apps, plugins, etc.)
- User error before or after support is provided
8. Limitation of Liability
In simple English:
- I will always do my best to help you safely and professionally
- But I cannot guarantee that every issue can be fixed or prevented
- I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost income, lost opportunities, or business interruption
My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.

Occasionally I may link to tools, apps, resources, or third-party sites.
I am not responsible for their content, policies, or reliability.
